These Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Princippeza Skincare Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”) operated by Princippeza Skincare (“Princippeza Skincare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to, being accepted into, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old to participate independently; or

• Be 16 or 17 years old and provide the required written consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating.

• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

• Have an active social media account, website, community, or other appropriate platform where applicable.

• Agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, advertising requirements, and platform rules.

Individuals under the age of 16 are not eligible to participate.

Princippeza Skincare reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

 

2. PARENT / LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT

Participants who are 16 or 17 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the required Parent/Legal Guardian Consent & Participation Agreement before participating.

Princippeza Skincare may request additional information or documentation to verify parental or legal guardian consent.

If required consent is withdrawn, participation may be suspended or terminated.

 

3. APPLICATION & APPROVAL

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

Princippeza Skincare will review applications based on factors such as suitability, content quality, professionalism, audience alignment, brand values, and availability of program opportunities.

We may decline an application without providing a reason.

Approved ambassadors will receive information regarding their Program benefits, referral methods, commission structure, promotional guidelines, and other applicable requirements.

 

4. AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

• Represent Princippeza Skincare honestly and professionally.

• Share genuine opinions and experiences.

• Follow our brand guidelines and promotional instructions.

• Provide accurate information about our products.

• Clearly disclose your relationship with Princippeza Skincare when required.

• Follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and social media rules.

• Avoid making claims about products that have not been approved or provided by Princippeza Skincare.

• Respect customers, other ambassadors, employees, partners, and members of the community.

You may not represent yourself as an employee, owner, spokesperson, or authorized representative of Princippeza Skincare unless we have specifically authorized you to do so.

 

5. COMMISSIONS

Where applicable, approved ambassadors may earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through their assigned referral link, code, or other approved tracking method.

Commission rates, eligible products, promotional periods, and payment terms may vary and will be communicated to ambassadors through the applicable Program materials.

A commission is earned only when a transaction qualifies under the Program rules.

Princippeza Skincare may exclude commissions resulting from:

• Cancelled orders

• Returned orders

• Refunded orders

• Fraudulent transactions

• Duplicate or improperly tracked transactions

• Self-referrals where prohibited

• Orders generated through prohibited promotional methods

• Orders that otherwise violate these Terms

Princippeza Skincare's tracking records will be used to determine qualifying sales and commissions.

 

6. COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Eligible commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule communicated by Princippeza Skincare.

A minimum payment threshold may apply.

If a transaction is later refunded, cancelled, reversed, or determined to be ineligible, any related commission may be withheld, reversed, or deducted from future commission payments where permitted by law.

Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any tax obligations that may apply to income or rewards they receive.

 

7. REFERRAL LINKS & DISCOUNT CODES

Each approved ambassador may receive a unique referral link, promotional code, or other tracking method.

Ambassadors may share their approved referral information through permitted channels, including social media, websites, blogs, personal networks, and other approved promotional channels.

Referral links and discount codes may not be:

• Used in misleading advertisements.

• Used to create fake or fraudulent transactions.

• Distributed through spam.

• Used in unauthorized paid advertising without written permission.

• Placed on websites or platforms containing prohibited or inappropriate content.

• Used in a way that suggests Princippeza Skincare has endorsed an unrelated business or organization.

 

8. SELF-REFERRALS & FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

Ambassadors may not manipulate the Program to generate artificial commissions.

Unless expressly approved by Princippeza Skincare, ambassadors may not use their own referral link or code to generate commissions from their own purchases or create transactions through friends, family members, duplicate accounts, or other arrangements solely for the purpose of generating commissions.

Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity may result in immediate suspension or termination and cancellation of unpaid commissions associated with the activity.

 

9. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLOSURE

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Princippeza Skincare whenever they promote our products in a situation where disclosure is required.

Examples of appropriate disclosures may include:

“Ad”

“Sponsored by Princippeza Skincare”

“Affiliate link”

“I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link.”

Disclosures must be clear, easy to notice, and appropriate for the platform being used.

Ambassadors are responsible for following applicable Canadian advertising requirements and the rules of each platform on which they post.

 

10. PRODUCT REVIEWS & CLAIMS

We encourage honest opinions and authentic experiences.

Ambassadors must not:

• Make false or misleading statements.

• Claim that a product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.

• Make guarantees about results.

• Alter or misrepresent product information.

• Present personal experiences as guaranteed results for everyone.

Only product information and claims provided or approved by Princippeza Skincare should be used when making promotional claims about our products.

 

11. CONTENT CREATION

Ambassadors may create photographs, videos, reviews, tutorials, demonstrations, social media posts, and other promotional content featuring Princippeza Skincare products.

Content must:

• Be truthful and appropriate.

• Present products respectfully.

• Follow our brand guidelines where applicable.

• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

• Not contain hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, dangerous, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate material.

• Not infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Princippeza Skincare may request removal or correction of content that violates these Terms or misrepresents our products or brand.

 

12. USE OF PRINCIPPEZA SKINCARE BRAND ASSETS

Ambassadors may use approved Princippeza Skincare logos, product images, brand materials, and other assets solely for authorized Program activities.

Ambassadors may not:

• Modify our logo without permission.

• Register trademarks, domain names, social media accounts, or businesses using the Princippeza Skincare name without written authorization.

• Suggest that they own or operate Princippeza Skincare.

• Use our brand assets in a way that could confuse customers about their relationship with the Company.

All trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, written materials, and other intellectual property belonging to Princippeza Skincare remain the property of Princippeza Skincare or their respective owners.

 

13. CONTENT SUBMITTED TO PRINCIPPEZA SKINCARE

If Princippeza Skincare specifically requests that an ambassador submit photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content for potential use by the Company, any rights or permissions regarding that content will be governed by the applicable content agreement or written permission provided at that time.

Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program does not automatically transfer ownership of an ambassador's original creative work to Princippeza Skincare.

 

14. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Ambassadors may receive information about upcoming launches, unreleased products, promotions, pricing, campaigns, or other information that has not yet been made public.

Ambassadors agree not to publicly share confidential or unreleased information unless Princippeza Skincare has authorized its release.

 

15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Ambassadors may not use the Program to:

• Engage in spam or deceptive marketing.

• Make fraudulent transactions.

• Mislead customers.

• Make unauthorized medical or product claims.

• Promote illegal activities.

• Harass or threaten others.

• Discriminate against others.

• Damage or misuse the Princippeza Skincare brand.

• Impersonate Princippeza Skincare or its employees.

• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Princippeza Skincare may take appropriate action if an ambassador engages in prohibited conduct.

 

16. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the ambassador and Princippeza Skincare.

Ambassadors are not authorized to:

• Enter contracts on behalf of Princippeza Skincare.

• Make financial commitments on behalf of the Company.

• Make official statements on behalf of the Company.

• Promise refunds, discounts, compensation, or other benefits that have not been authorized.

 

17. PRODUCTS, SAMPLES & FREE PRODUCTS

From time to time, Princippeza Skincare may provide ambassadors with products, samples, promotional materials, discounts, or other benefits.

Receiving a product or sample does not guarantee future products, compensation, commissions, or continued participation.

Where required, ambassadors must disclose when products or other benefits were provided to them at no cost or at a reduced price.

 

18. PROGRAM CHANGES

Princippeza Skincare may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Program, including commission rates, rewards, eligibility requirements, promotional opportunities, or payment procedures.

We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably appropriate.

Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

19. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Princippeza Skincare may suspend or terminate an ambassador's participation if:

• These Terms are violated.

• False or misleading information is provided.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Promotional activities are inappropriate.

• The ambassador misuses Company intellectual property.

• The ambassador engages in conduct that may harm the Company's reputation.

• Continued participation is otherwise determined to be inappropriate.

Ambassadors may voluntarily leave the Program at any time by contacting Princippeza Skincare.

Upon termination, the ambassador must stop representing themselves as a Princippeza Skincare Brand Ambassador and stop using Program materials, referral links, discount codes, and other Company assets as instructed.

Eligible commissions earned before termination will be handled according to the applicable Program payment terms.

 

20. PRIVACY

Information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with Princippeza Skincare's applicable Privacy Policy.

Ambassadors should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for Program participation.

Participants under 18 should not publicly share personal information such as home addresses, personal identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.

 

21. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in the Program is voluntary.

Princippeza Skincare does not guarantee that an ambassador will earn a particular amount of money, receive a particular number of products, gain followers, generate sales, or receive any specific business opportunity.

Ambassadors are responsible for their own promotional activities, accounts, content, equipment, internet access, and applicable expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

22. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ambassadors are responsible for their own actions, content, and promotional activities and agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from their breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

 

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian and British Columbia law.

 

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

 

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable Program-specific terms, Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Agreement, Affiliate Terms, Content Agreements, Privacy Policy, and other written agreements provided by Princippeza Skincare, form the applicable agreement governing participation in the Program.

 

26. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting an application, checking the acceptance box, signing an agreement, or participating in the Princippeza Skincare Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.

• You agree to follow these Terms.

• You will follow applicable laws and platform rules.

• You will accurately disclose your relationship with Princippeza Skincare when required.

• You understand that participation does not guarantee income or employment.

• You understand that violations may result in suspension or termination.

 

For Participants Under 18

Participants who are 16 or 17 must also have a completed Parent/Legal Guardian Consent & Participation Agreement before participating.
