How It Works

Packaging

Products are supplied in our available packaging options. Clients are responsible for applying their own labels after receiving their order unless a separate labeling service has been arranged.

Every order is handcrafted with care to ensure quality and consistency.

• Standard Private Label Orders: Approximately 2–4 weeks

• Large or highly customized orders may require additional production time.

Production timelines begin once all of the following have been received:

Shipping Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Princippeza Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Payment Terms

• Any remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before your order is shipped.

• Orders will not enter production until all required payments and approvals have been received.

Returns & Cancellations

Because all private label products are custom-made specifically for your brand, all sales are final.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if products arrive damaged or there is a verified manufacturing error. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and should include photographs and a description of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or changes may not be possible due to the custom nature of private label manufacturing.
