I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant named above and that I consent to their participation in the selected Princippeza Skincare program.

I understand that the program may involve activities such as promoting Princippeza Skincare products, creating social media content, sharing promotional materials, participating in approved marketing activities, referring customers, attending approved events, or completing program-related assignments.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that approval into the program does not guarantee commissions, compensation, products, employment, or future opportunities.

4. Commission & Rewards

If the Participant is enrolled in a program that provides commissions or rewards, I understand that commissions are earned only on qualifying sales or activities according to the applicable program terms.

All commissions, rewards, eligibility requirements, payment procedures, and exclusions will be communicated by Princippeza Skincare.

Where required by law, payments or rewards involving a minor may require additional parent/guardian involvement or documentation.

5. Social Media & Promotional Activities

​I give permission for the Participant to participate in approved promotional activities for Princippeza Skincare

The Participant agrees to represent the Company honestly and respectfully and to follow the Company's brand guidelines and program rules.

​The Participant must not make false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, or unauthorized claims about Princippeza Skincare products.

The Participant must clearly disclose sponsored, gifted, affiliate, or compensated relationships when required by applicable advertising rules and platform policies.

​6. Content Permission

Any photographs, videos, reviews, or other content created by the Participant specifically for Princippeza Skincare may only be used by the Company according to the applicable content agreement or permission provided to the Participant.

The Company will not knowingly use the Participant's image, name, or likeness outside the agreed program activities without appropriate permission.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

Princippeza Skincare may collect information necessary to administer the program, communicate with the Participant and Parent/Guardian, track eligible referrals, and provide program-related support.

The Company will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy practices and policies.

The Participant should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information through social media, public posts, or promotional content.

​​8. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that they have reviewed the program with the Participant and understand the nature of the Participant's involvement.

The Parent/Guardian agrees to remain available for communication regarding the Participant's participation when reasonably necessary.

The Parent/Guardian may contact Princippeza Skincare regarding the Participant's participation at any time.

9. Program Rules

The Participant agrees to follow all Princippeza Skincare program rules, website terms, promotional guidelines, and applicable social media platform rules.

The Participant may not:

• Misrepresent themselves as an employee or owner of Princippeza Skincare.

• Make unauthorized claims about products.

• Use misleading advertising or spam.

• Purchase products solely to generate artificial referrals or commissions.

• Create fake accounts or fraudulent transactions.

• Alter or misuse Company logos, trademarks, or promotional materials.

• Engage in conduct that could reasonably damage the reputation of Princippeza Skincare.​

​10. Voluntary Participation & Termination

Participation in the program is voluntary.

The Participant or Parent/Guardian may request to end participation at any time by contacting Princippeza Skincare.

Princippeza Skincare may suspend or end participation if program rules are violated, promotional activities are inappropriate, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the Company otherwise determines that continued participation is not appropriate.

Any eligible commissions earned before termination will be handled according to the applicable program terms.

11. No Employment Relationship

Participation in the program does not automatically create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Participant and Princippeza Skincare.

The Participant may not represent that they have authority to enter contracts, make business commitments, or speak officially on behalf of Princippeza Skincare unless expressly authorized by the Company.

Applicants under 18: If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating in the Princippeza Skincare Brand Ambassador Program. Your application will not be fully approved until the required Parent/Legal Guardian Consent & Participation Agreement has been completed.

12. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am the Participant's parent or legal guardian.

• I have reviewed this Agreement with the Participant.

• I understand the nature of the program.

• I consent to the Participant's participation.

• I understand that participation does not guarantee income, commissions, employment, products, or future opportunities.

• I understand that I may contact Princippeza Skincare regarding the Participant's participation.

• I confirm that the information provided in this Agreement is accurate.
