Sample Policy & Terms

At Princippeza Skincare, we offer product samples to qualified wholesale partners, retailers, distributors, and potential business partners for evaluation and consideration.

1. Full-Size Product Samples

All samples provided by Princippeza Skincare are regular retail-size products unless otherwise stated. We currently do not offer miniature or trial-size samples for business evaluation.

Samples are subject to product availability and approval.

2. Sample Costs

All sample products must be purchased by the client. Princippeza Skincare does not provide complimentary samples.

Sample pricing will be based on the current price of the requested product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

3. Shipping and Additional Costs

The client is responsible for all costs associated with the sample order, including but not limited to:

• Product/sample costs

• Shipping and courier charges

• Customs duties

• Taxes

• Brokerage fees

• Import fees and charges

• Any other applicable costs associated with delivery

All applicable costs must be paid before samples are prepared and dispatched.

4. International Sample Requests

For international shipments, the client is responsible for ensuring that the requested products are permitted to be imported into their country.

The client is also responsible for complying with any local import requirements, customs regulations, product restrictions, duties, taxes, registrations, or other requirements applicable in their country.

Princippeza Skincare is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, seized products, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

5. No Customization

Samples are provided only in their existing standard formulation and packaging.

Princippeza Skincare currently does not offer customized formulations, customized packaging, private-label samples, or product modifications as part of its standard sample program.

6. Sample Processing

Sample orders are processed based on product availability. Processing and dispatch timelines will be communicated once payment has been received.

7. Evaluation Purpose

Samples are intended solely for product evaluation and business consideration. Samples may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Princippeza Skincare.

 

8. Sample Orders, Returns & Refunds

All sample orders are provided specifically for evaluation purposes. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, sample products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the event that an incorrect or damaged product was supplied by Princippeza Skincare.

Shipping costs, courier charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and other third-party fees are non-refundable.

9. No Guarantee of Partnership

The purchase or provision of samples does not guarantee a wholesale account, distribution agreement, business partnership, exclusivity arrangement, or future commercial relationship.

Any future business relationship will be subject to separate review, approval, and written agreement.

 

10. Policy Changes

Princippeza Skincare reserves the right to approve, decline, limit, modify, or discontinue its sample program at any time.

By purchasing or requesting samples from Princippeza Skincare, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Sample Policy & Terms.
