Product Testers Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to the Princippeza Skincare Product Tester Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Application & Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Product Tester Program or receipt of a product.

Princippeza Skincare reserves the right to select testers based on the needs of each testing opportunity.

 

2. Honest Feedback

Selected testers agree to provide honest, fair, and constructive feedback based on their actual experience with the product.

Testers should not knowingly provide false, misleading, or fabricated reviews or feedback.

 

3. Product Testing

Testers agree to follow all instructions provided with the product and to use the product only as directed.

Products provided for testing are intended for the selected tester and should not be resold.

 

4. Allergies & Sensitivities

Testers are responsible for reviewing the product's ingredient information before use and determining whether the product is appropriate for them.

If a tester has known allergies, sensitivities, or other concerns regarding an ingredient, they should not use the product without obtaining appropriate professional advice.

Testers should discontinue use if they experience an unexpected reaction or discomfort and contact Princippeza Skincare regarding the testing experience.

 

5. Product Tester Feedback

By participating, testers give Princippeza Skincare permission to use feedback they voluntarily provide for purposes such as:

• Product development

• Product improvement

• Quality assurance

• Marketing

• Website content

• Social media

• Promotional materials

Feedback may be edited for spelling, grammar, length, or formatting without changing its meaning.

 

6. Photos & Content

If Princippeza Skincare separately requests photographs, videos, or other content from a tester, any permission to use that content should be confirmed through a separate consent request.

Submitting an application alone does not give Princippeza Skincare permission to use a tester's photograph or likeness.

 

7. No Guaranteed Compensation

Participation does not automatically entitle a tester to payment, discounts, free products, gifts, or other compensation unless specifically stated for a particular testing opportunity.

 

8. Confidentiality

Some testing opportunities may involve unreleased products or information. Testers may be asked not to publicly disclose confidential product information before the official release.

 

9. Program Changes

Princippeza Skincare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Product Tester Program at any time.

 

10. Removal From Program

Princippeza Skincare may remove a participant from the program if they fail to follow testing instructions, provide dishonest feedback, misuse products, resell testing products, or otherwise violate these terms.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Product Tester Program Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Notice

Information submitted through the Product Tester Application will be used to review applications, communicate with applicants, administer the Product Tester Program, and manage product testing.

Princippeza Skincare will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy.

Is everyone accepted?

No. Applications are reviewed based on the needs of individual product-testing opportunities.

 

Do testers always receive free products?

Not necessarily. Any product, discount, gift, or compensation offered will be clearly communicated for the specific testing opportunity.

 

Do I have to post about the product on social media?

No, unless a particular testing opportunity specifically states otherwise and you agree to participate.

 

Will my review be posted publicly?

Your feedback may be used by Princippeza Skincare for product development and marketing. If you want to use a tester's name, photograph, video, or other identifiable content publicly, obtain separate consent for that use.

 

Can I apply more than once?

Yes. You may apply for future testing opportunities if you meet the applicable requirements.
